"I am a 73 y.o. man who started out with a lot of aches and pains. Physical labor has had a major negative impact on my body since I was a 10 y.o. boy. My father was a logger and I was expected to work with him. I labored out in the woods using an ax, chainsaw, and lifting heavy logs. I also worked on his sawmill, lumber planer, as well as driving tractors and trucks.
Nancy has been doing both Therapeutic Spinal Release yoga and Shavasana Yoga Therapy with me for over a year. At first the sessions had a minimal effect on my body. Gradually I began to notice a positive impact on my aching body and my mental state. Now my wife and I are doing yoga three times a week on our own.
